About CoAction Fitness

Coaction Fitness came about when Jamie wanted to provide others with the level of service he received, the satisfaction of a healthier life style and a better wellbeing.

Jamie believes that for successful training and a successful personal training experience it takes combined actions (CoAction). The first obvious combination includes nutrition and training. However actions and commitments from both the trainer and client will see the best results.

Jamie also wanted to provide a place to train that offered the right space and equipment but removed the discomfort and awkwardness of a larger gym and allow someone to train without the intimidation they may perceive in a traditional setting. This is why he set up CoAction Fitness and the private PT studio.

Jamie is a fully insured, level 3 personal trainer who has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, and gets great pleasure out of seeing his client’s succeed. He is friendly and approachable which provides a mutual working relationship. Jamie not only wants to provide you with effective training sessions but wants you to enjoy them too.

Jamie started his passion for health and fitness at an early age. He participated in sports throughout his school career and ever since. He found his passion for personal training through his own experience of employing his own PT following a sporting injury.
